We want you to feel as beautiful as our blooms, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure your items are in their original condition to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Secret Garden packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
